The Town of Carrot River has three privately owned apartment buildings:   Carridel Apartments, Wilson Apartments and Parktown Manor.   Combined, these units provide 36 apartment suites in the community.

The Carrot River Housing Authority also manages 68 living spaces.  These include 13 one-bedroom senior duplexes, 3  two-bedroom senior duplexes for couples and the North Star Lodge which contains 7 suites for seniors.  There are 21 detached family housing units distributed throughout the community.  The rent on these units is based on gross monthly income and can be adjusted.  The Housing Authority also has 4 three-bedroom duplexes with a fixed rent.   For more information please telephone (306-768-3575).

Carrot River’s Senior Citizens Home Ltd. also operates 5 duplex seniors housing facility.  This housing project, along with the majority of the seniors housing operated by the Carrot River Housing Authority is strategically located adjacent to Pasquia Place   and the Carrot River Health Centre.

The Carrot River Health Centre is a long-term care facility containing 32 beds. It has direct access to large park-like green space, which includes numerous walkways, park benches, a rock garden, and a variety of trees and other features.

Pasquia Place, Carrot River Health Centre and various seniors housing units surround the park area, creating a very pleasant and unique setting for the residents and the neighborhood in general.
